The apartment was cozy, clean and had large bedrooms. Got a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet in the bathroom. Provided breakfast was light and particularly nice, offered with coffee & a croissant and a croissant. The location was good and fantastic, really close to most amenities.

We got great value for our money with an excellent apartment and fantastic facilities. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown, and the staff, especially Beatrice, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of choices.

What a treat! This apartment has it all - a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and even parquet floors. And the best part? I get to change my bed linen once! Wow, just wow.
Oh, I'm so disappointed. The only downside was that I didn't get to change my bed linen every day.

The location was magnificent right across the alley way, and had everything you needed. I was very close to all important places, the Trevi fountain, and Via Del Corso and all the major sites. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good with a croissant and coffee.

The apartment was equipped with modern facilities, including a satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The separate living space and fully-equipped kitchen were convenient. The location was great, with views of the city and close to Piazza Navona.
It was such a shame that the elevator was so tiny, because who doesn't love hauling a pushchair up and down the stairs? Such a delightful workout!

The apartment had a separate bedroom, which was great for privacy.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the fact that the apartment only had one bedroom.

The apartment was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The location of the apartment was excellent, within walking distance to all the major attractions of the city.- One advantage that we enjoyed was the daily cleaning service, which ensured that the apartment was always clean and tidy.
The noise from the street early in the morning was very disturbing as there was no soundproofing. The manager of the apartment was more focused on telling us what not to do rather than making us feel welcome.

Great location, close to popular attractions and restaurants. Spacious bedroom and clean property. the host was helpful, explaining the surrounding areas and organizing a taxi during departure.
The property lacked sound insulation, which made it difficult to sleep due to traffic noise. the air-conditioning in the bedroom was poor, resulting in an uncomfortable and hot sleeping environment.

I had a fantastic stay at Ascanio 26 in a great location. the apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It was within walking distance of all the major tourist sites in Rome. Beatrice, the host, was incredibly helpful and always available to assist us. She even arranged transportation from the airport for us. the apartment had a convenient store downstairs and plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. the value for money was excellent, especially compared to a hotel. Beatrice provided us with more than enough food for breakfast. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Rome. Cons: Liked everything! 😊.
